1 badha pyaaj, kata hua (lagabhag 3/4 kap)

2 madhyam tamaatar, kate hue (lagabhag 1¼ kap)

1/2 kap katee huee shimala mirch (lagabhag 1 chhotee)

1½ chhota chammach laal mirch paudar (ya kam)

1/4 chhota chammach haldee paudar

1 chhota chammach jeera-dhaniya paudar, vaikalpik

1 chhota chammach redeemed paav bhaajee masaala paudar

1 chhota chammach neemboo ka ras

namak svaadanusaar

2 bade chammach tel + 2 bade chammach makkhan
