Ingredients


2 madhyam aakaar achchhee gunavatta vaale pake tamatar. (aap kisee bhee any tamatar ka upayog kar sakate hain) mujhe pake hue bel adhik pasand hain.
1 chhotee haree mirch (baareek katee huee)
2 madhyam aakaar kee lahasun laung
1+1 chhota chammach sarason ka tel
1 tee-spoon taaja dhaniya kata hua
1 bada chammach pyaaj (baareek kata hua) vaikalpik.

Instructions


Tamatar ko achchhe se dho kar sukha leejiye.
Thoda tel lagaakar kot karen. Donon tamatar mein thoda sa chhed kar len aur unamen lahasun kee phalee daalen.
Gais chaaloo karen aur usake oopar ek vaayar rostar rakhen. Aap baarabekyoo vaale ka upayog jaroor kar sakate hain.
Tamatar ko chaaron taraph se tab tak bhooniye jab tak ve gal na jaen.
Gais se utaar len.
Unhen thoda thanda hone den. Chhilaka chheelen jo vaastav mein achchhee tarah se aa jaega kyonki hamane bhoonane se pahale sarason ka tel lagaaya hai.
Tamatar ko maishar ya phork se achchhee tarah maish kar len. Yah banaavat mein thoda chankee hoga.
Saamagree soochee ke tahat likhee gaee har cheej ko milaen. Sunishchit karen ki ve bahut patale kate hue hain.
Ise chakhen aur yadi aavashyak ho to namak ko samaayojit karen.
Ise littee, bharavaan paraathe, chips ya chaaval/daal ke saath parosiye.
